Any excuse for a hot drink is always good in my book and I love when it serve as a medicinal beverage too. It wasn’t until I started having knee pain, that I considered trying Golden Milk. Turmeric is the key ingredient in golden milk and is known for its anti-inflammatory affect. The taste is flavorful, sweet, creamy and earthy.

Does golden milk really work?

After consuming golden milk for several weeks, I started to notice subtle changes. I noticed my quality of sleep began to improve. If I awakened in the middle of the night, I could fall back to sleep a lot quicker.  My muscles felt looser in areas that may have been more tense or tight.   Other gradual changes were, increased clarity, and calmness.  While I wasn’t expecting golden milk to cure any ailments, I did notice a decrease in my knee pain.  It hasn’t completely gone away but I’m able to start some physical activity again.  I also continued to incorporate other healthy habits into my lifestyle while consuming golden milk.
