Our bodies require different nutrients and care at various stages in our life. Those requirements can include, increased in fiber, calcium, potassium, protein and healthy fats. How well we take care of ourselves in it’s earlier stage, may determine quality of life. I believe health has no age limits and we can start our path to wellness at any point. I have witnessed individuals who began their wellness journey to better health at 60 years of age and older.
